RETURNS & EXCHANGES
FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
To initiate a return, please head to our returns portal https://return.auspost.com.au/PEGGY_AND_FINN
The cost of returns has a flat rate fee of $9.50 unless the item you are returning is faulty.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For all international returns, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using registered post so you can receive a tracking number for the return.

Please include a note with your order number and the reason for your return.
OUR POLICY
All returns are subject to the following conditions. We have the right to reject any returns that fail to adhere to our Return Conditions and Policy.
All items must be in a new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached. Underwear packaging must be returned in it’s original condition.
We will not accept your return if we consider the item(s) used.
Returns must be completed within 30 days from the original purchase date for Australian Customers and 60 days from the original purchase date for international
Customers.
No refunds or exchanges will be considered on SALE items, unless the item is faulty.
From time to time we run promotional sales. If an item(s) was purchased in a promotional sale and was not already discounted on our websites sale page, we will be happy to exchange the item for an alternative size or print and accept returns for refunds.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of us receiving your return. We will
not process refunds without receiving the item(s).
We will not be responsible for any packages returned that we do not receive.
We will only accept returns purchased through peggyandfinn.com.au.
If you have purchased from a Peggy and Finn stockist or another online retailer, please
contact the store in which you purchased from for assistance with a return. We cannot be held accountable or provide refunds or exchanges for purchases outside of peggyandfinn.com.au
I have been sent the wrong item.
If you received an incorrect item with your order, please contact our customer service team at hello@peggyandfinn.com.ay
so we can organise to send the correct item out to you.
I have received a faulty item.
